[About the Workshop]

A balanced Hatha yoga class to bring the heart and the mind into coherence. We connect to the inner self through pranayama, asana, and mediation. The exercises in this class are intended to challenge the mind and body, while remaining accesible to any level of yoga practitioner.

Teacher Biography

Chantel Totten

I have 15 years of consistent yoga practice, ranging from Vinyasa, Hatha, Kuala Tantra, yin, Yoga Nidra, and bikram styles. Yoga has long been a life path and spiritual way of being in my life. My first dance love was West Coast swing. I first started actively attending classes and social dancing, 13 or 14 years ago.
In 2016 I first discovered ecstatic styles of dance, including contact dancing, which has been my greatest love ever since. My dance style is increasingly interpretive/artistic/theatrical, and at it’s best, clearly reflects my spirit and emotion.
