[About the Workshop]

ENGLISH:

Up, but down, but fast, but slow, but wild, but sensitive.

This workshop is focusing on the understanding of the distribution and transfer of weight, the use of relaxation-tension, and the use of the gravity together in order to move efficiently and free, and on the other hand, in the creativity and freedom that we can find inside this. So, it´s based on how each part of the body is working, as a base on the ground, or as a free part of the body to express. It focuses also in the ability to make the so-called “tricks” just be like movements, like any other element we would use in dance.
